1. Returns

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in original condition and packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or commissioned artwork is non-refundable unless damaged.

3. Exchanges

  • If you received a wrong or defective item, we’ll replace it free of charge.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.

4. How to Start a Return

  • Email us at info@sycomo.re with your order number and reason for return.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
