Africa II

Patricia de Cárcer Moreno

Print Price: £100
Original Price: £4,400

Africa II as part of the Africa series: four paintings depicting the mesmerizing skies of the African savanna and the vibrant life flourishing beneath them.

At dawn and dusk, the landscape awakens: waterholes shimmer as life gathers around this precious source of life. Amid the delicate balance of the waterhole, a sobering reality emerges many of the species gathered here are now threatened, including African wild dog, African savanna elephant, and reticulated giraffe.

Their presence in this scene is both a celebration of Africa’s extraordinary biodiversity and a reminder of its profound fragility — a call to protect these species and the delicate ecosystems they depend on before they are lost.
